History

In life, Victor Ghoulbane was a member of the Defias Brotherhood. Prior to joining the Defias, Victor had been trained as a professional assassin by an independent, fellow rogue. Victor used his training for the SI:7, but shortly after joining left and joined the Defias.

Victor served the Defias for about eight months, succeeding in nearly all of his assignments. Things were looking good when an, almost army, sent by the SI:7 and Stormwind, invaded Moonbrook. Victor was hiding on the side of one of the buildings, waiting for a kill to come to him, when a rogue from the SI:7 came up behind him and stabbed him. The knife went through his cheek and came out the other. Victor survived and a small fight ensued, with Victor finally meeting his fate, after having the enemy rogues dagger pierce his spine.

Victor was buried in the Raven Hill Cemetery, and raised as an undead by a necromancer known as Morbent Fell, to serve Fell. However, Fell's power over his undead minions wavered when some brave adventurers shattered his barrier shield. It was at this moment that Victor, as well as some other undead minions of his, broke free from his control. At this point in time, Victor had no memory of his life, other than his assassination training. Victor traveled south, where, now aware of his new undead existance, passed out. He awoke in a crypt in a place he later found out was called, Tirisfal Glades. Here, he learned about the Forsaken, both the faction and the race. He chose to join this faction "the Forsaken," and continued the path of the rogue. He became a member of the Deathstalkers, and an Apothecary. He retained all his assassination training from when he was alive and now offers his services to those who pay well enough.

Recently, Victor traveled south to Westfall, where upon returning to Moonbrook, remembered everything. His entire life came back into his head in an instant. Suddenly, Victor felt a sense of pride, and disgust. Pride of being such a fine assassin to such a group, and disgusted that he was once one of these... "things" (living humans). In this confusion, Victor sneaked into Moonbrook, and assassinated a few members of the Defias, stealing one of their masks and wrapping it around his face. Victor still considers himself a member of the Defias, just a part of their "Undead Branch."
